During 16 years at HP, Aloke held senior management positions in worldwide procurement, engineering, business development and consulting services. Aloke has MS in Engineering Management from Stanford University (HP Fellow), and concurrent MS degrees in Chemical Engineering and in Solid State Science and Technology from Syracuse University. Glenn has lifetime C.P.M. certification from ISM, CPIM certification from APICS, recognition by ISM as a Trainer for CPSM Certification, a BA in Management & Economics and a MBA International Business from CSUF.
Fred Sollish, MS, C.P.M.
Fred Sollish Fred is a procurement professional, consultant and educator in procurement and contract management and has held senior procurement positions in biotech, healthcare and the semiconductor industries. He is the co-author of The Procurement and Supply Manager’s Desk Reference and is currently a member of the editorial advisory board of the International Journal of Procurement Management. Fred organized and directed the Evolving Supply Chain Initiative, a global forum to promote value through electronic supply management and was appointed as the Executive Director of The Open Buying on the Internet (OBI) Consortium, the Internet’s most widely adopted Electronic Commerce standard. Fred has a BA from New York University and an MS in Procurement and Contract Management from St. Mary’s College of California. Fred is a former President and CEO of the Institute for Supply Management’s Silicon Valley affiliate and has served on its board for over 12 years. He holds a lifetime ISM certification as a Certified Purchasing Manager.
Jane Dillner, MBA C.P.M.
Jane DillnerJane has 25 years supply chain and materials experience in high-tech companies such as Applied Materials, Varian Medical and Sun Microsystems. She has provided global management expertise for Celestica in Canada and other companies in Asia. Jane is a founder of Supply Dynamix, a supply chain consulting firm and has played a key role in creating and evangelizing the value of supply chain excellence as a key imperative for business success. Jane earned a B.S. at Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois and an M.B.A. degree at University of Phoenix in San Jose. She is active in industry organizations, including the Institute of Supply Management (ISM) both nationally and locally, and was twice President of her local affiliate.
John Semanik, MBA, C.P.M.
John Semanik John is an active member of ISM Silicon Valley, holding various positions on the Board over the last several years. He has served in senior corporate supply management positions at leading-edge Silicon Valley companies such as Hewlett-Packard and Sun Microsystems, Inc. John founded the professional development curriculum in Supply Chain Management and Purchasing at San Jose State University. He holds a BS in Finance and a MBA in Operations Management.
